Please contact us by sending an e-mail to export@wegter.nl or by filling out the form ‘Becoma a distributor’. We will contact you within a few workdays and set up a customer file for you. Please note we sell our products exclusively to local distributors.
If you are not registered as a customer, you will not see any prices. If you are logged in, the prices negotiated with us appear automatically, including discounts, excluding VAT.

Deliveries in the Netherlands take place City within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation, provided all items are in stock. For the Wadden Islands and certain regions in Belgium, an extra day applies. The exact delivery day will be agreed in consultation. Deliveries are made to City between 09:00 and 17:00. Different times are possible at extra cost. If no one is present on delivery, additional costs for a second delivery will be charged to the customer.
Franco amounts and freight costs by countryIt is of course always possible that a delivered product or package is defective or deviates greatly from what was agreed. In that case, contact us directly so we can search for a solution together. First, we evaluate whether the complaint is justified. If it is, we explore how we can resolve the problem and prevent it occurring again in the future. If you have a complaint, contact our Customer Service at +31 (0)541-581600 or export@wegter.nl. You will receive a response dealing with the substance of the complaint within 10 work days at the latest.
It can sometimes happen that we do not have an article in stock. As soon as this article is back in stock we will make sure that the article will be delivered.
When the status (this is indicated in the specifications of an item) of an item is 'order item', it means that we do not have this item in stock as standard. The delivery time of this article will therefore be longer than normal. We will inform you about this delivery time in the order confirmation.

For all glassware, we've put the volume to the brim in the title. This is also the case with bowls and platters. For cups and mugs, the pouring measure is mentioned in the title. If the ironing size is present, it is listed in the additional specifications.
