Return requests must be reported to us in writing within 14 days of delivery and will only be accepted upon approval.
- Goods must be in original, undamaged condition and suitable for resale.
- For approved returns, we will credit up to 75% of the original invoice amount.
- Return transportation is always at the customer's expense.
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be credited.
Damages and defects
Damages, defects or quality deviations must be reported to us in writing within 2 working days of receipt at the latest, accompanied by clear photographic material. Reports outside of this time period unfortunately cannot be processed by us.
If it is desired to return the products, they must be notified first. After consultation, the return notification may be approved. Products that have been partially or completely processed, damaged, or whose packaging is missing or damaged are not eligible for return.
