Delivery times and freight charges

Deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium take place City within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation, provided all items are in stock. An extra day applies for the Wadden Islands and certain regions in Belgium. For all other countries an average delivery time of 3-8 working days applies. This depends on the country and transport route.

• The exact delivery day will be arranged by mutual agreement.
• Deliveries take place City between 09:00 and 17:00. Different times are possible at additional cost.
• If no one is present at delivery, additional costs for a second delivery will be charged to the customer.

Post-paid order amounts vary by country. Both the postage amount and transportation costs depend on the destination. We deliver to all countries in the world, there are no obstacles in this. Deliveries are exclusively City on pallets. In consultation we can always make different arrangements.
