For their table setting, in collaboration with Lucien Franssen of Maastricht Porselein Winkel, they chose the Café Noir series from Maastricht Porselein. The matte black dinnerware with a warm brown rim perfectly matches the restaurant's ambiance and offers the sturdiness required for intensive use.
