Delivery times

Deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium City 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation, provided all items are in stock. For the Wadden Islands and certain regions in Belgium, please allow an additional day. For all other countries, the average delivery time is 3–8 business days. This depends on the country and the shipping route.

• The exact delivery day will be arranged by mutual agreement.
• Deliveries City take place City 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Different delivery times are possible for an additional fee.
• If no one is present at delivery, additional costs for a second delivery will be charged to the customer.

Franco amounts

The free-on-board order amounts vary by country. Both the free-on-board amount and the shipping costs depend on the destination. We ship to every country in the world; there are no restrictions in this regard. Deliveries are made exclusively City pallets. We can always make alternative arrangements upon request.
