IT & Digitalization Specialist

As an IT & Digitalization Specialist, you’ll ensure that our digital work environment remains reliable, user-friendly, and future-oriented. You’ll support colleagues with IT-related questions, maintain an overview of our systems and applications, and coordinate with external IT partners and vendors as needed.
But your role goes beyond day-to-day IT management. You actively seek out opportunities to improve and digitize the way we work. You analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and help implement new solutions throughout the organization.
You’ll also have plenty of opportunity to engage with developments in AI, automation, and smart digital applications. You’ll translate technological possibilities into practical solutions that help colleagues work more efficiently, simply, and smartly. This is a versatile role for someone who enjoys combining IT with digital transformation and process improvement and who likes to make a visible contribution to innovation within the organization.
