This 23 cm diameter Poffertjes pan from the Neutraal is made of durable aluminum with a black non-stick coating. Suitable for use on electric, gas, and ceramic heat sources, and oven-safe up to 175°C. The 15 cm plastic handle stays cool for safe use. Not dishwasher safe, but easy to clean by hand.
