This year marks Wegter’s 110th anniversary. It is a special milestone that we look back on with pride and gratitude.

Because if there’s one thing we can say about those 110 years, it’s that we’re not alone in this. The company’s foundation was laid in the past by generations of the Wegter family, built upon by former colleagues, and is still being strengthened every day by the people who work here. Together with partners and business associates—many of whom have been with us for years—they form the foundation of the company as it stands today.

What once began as a store in Delden has, over the years, grown into what Wegter is today. That development didn’t happen overnight. Behind that growth lies a history of entrepreneurship, making choices, and seizing opportunities—of adapting to change, but also of staying true to what feels right.

It is precisely these stories that make these 110 years so special. Not just the big moments, but also the small memories, the people behind the scenes, and the experiences that have shaped the company into what it is today.
